1. Purpose
Mamine Booking sells airline tickets issued by the airlines through its accredited suppliers. The contract of carriage is between the passenger and the airline.
2. Price
The price shown includes the airline fare, taxes and the Mamine Booking service fee. It is guaranteed until the time shown when booking; after that it may change.
3. Booking and payment
Seats are held in the passengers’ names and released automatically if payment does not arrive before the deadline shown. Some fares are bought at the moment of payment.
4. Names and documents
Names must be entered exactly as in the passport, in Latin letters. Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents and visas.
5. Changes and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the conditions of the chosen fare, shown before payment. Airline penalties and service fees apply.
6. Cash payment
Cash must be collected before the deadline shown; without payment the booking is cancelled at no cost.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to Mamine Booking customer service, which passes them to the airline where it is concerned.
